Jeffrey E. Turner (Clayton County Ex-Chief of Police) slammed my then pregnant daughter to concrete May 2, 2005 and did not come to court October 18th 2005 after filling false report on Leora and Eva Sandidge. I, Leora (disabled) got time for saying "damn I'm calling corporate office" to my daughter after 20 minute wait in line at male cashier's request. Then told to go to end of line with over ten to fifteen shoppers with buggies loaded store closing on half price Monday at Last Chance Thrift Store in Morrow Georgia.
Turner then arrested Eva for asking is all this necessary slamming her to the concrete sidewalk like a rag doll ripping her jacket over 8 inches which shows the amount of unnecessary force used on then an 18 year old 123 pound girl leaving her injured to this day in front of Last Chance Thrift Store.Eva had to carry Nathan with this back injury to March 14th born by emergency C-section. Many times he stopped moving and no, Eva did not know for sure if she was pregnant because the consant blood she was finding since May 2,2005 so a last period date was guested because of body damage unforeseen by the Sandidge's to happen. After many stays in hospital they did tests to make sure Nathan formed right.
So why has Turner not been arrested yet? And would you beleave that Clayton County Judge Mathew O. Simmons wants us to pay him for harassing us and assaulting Eva and I. Judge Mathew O. Simmons denied us our right to jury trial because Turner's title and "favors".
Eva never said a word in store yet on police report he claimed Eva and I came at him.
Proof Eva never said 10- 18-05 anything from court transcript by store manager Lizzie Coleman.
Captain Turner (at time) went so far as to say I, Leora Sandidge (physically disabled) jumped off the curve at him.
I fear for my daughters and family safety, because when Turner did this in May, 2, 2005, he got promoted June 2005 to Asst. Chief of Police after Internal Affairs closed our complaints never meeting us face to face or investigating anything, now 2009 he is Chief of Police.
Questions I, Leora and Eva asked our ex Attorney To Ask, but did not? Then we asked Foster and Foster, Jeff Turner's attorney to have these question answered and he has not to this date.
1. Why did Turner grab Leora Sandidge when she was trying to get her purse and cane to leave the store?
2. Why did Turner not come to court on 10-18-05?
3. Why was no help offered to Eva Sandidge after she was slammed to concrete in front of Last Chance Thrift Store?
4. What is Vickie Pruitt’s title over Last Chance Thrift Store (Morrow Location)?
5. When Turner did not come to court about 5-2-05 on 10-18-05 after several calls from State, why did Vickie Pruitt, Shelby Castro, and Lizzie Coleman (Night Manager ) let trial go on acting in Turners behalf for his actions?
6. How many promotions have Captain Turner (at time) had since 5-2-2005 and dates he (Turner) got them?
7. Does Turner dislike people with mental and / or physical disabilities ?
8. Why did Turner say in police report he will arrest Eva and I if I Leora go back to Last Chance Thrift Store?
9. Why were there only store workers in court on Jeffrey Turner’s and other worker’s behalf for their actions?
10. What is the full name of male cashier witness and why was he not a state witness?
11. Why is a bat now being added to Leora, and Turner let her go home?
12. Please produce surveillance tape in store May 2nd 2005 if you claim Leora Sandidge was doing something illegal.
13. Is there a large safe in full view of customers? (this will prove cameras were on for insurance and the truth I nor Eva was disorderly and we are the victims).
14. Did you Last Chance Thrift Store inform your insurance company that someone got hurt at your Morrow location by one of your worker’s 5-2-05?
15. Does, Last Chance Thrift Store collect for and buy stuff from Atlanta Alliance on Developmental Disabilities (A.A.D.D.)16. Why was Eva nor Leora Sandidge allowed to get names of witness shoppers and male cashier in the store the night of May 2, 2005?
17. Why arrest a person with a disability for telling her daughter she was calling corporate office?
18. Vickie Pruitt, What is funny about arresting a disabled person?
19. Last Chance ‘s Vickie Pruitt, Please state full names of people and job titles you spoke with about what happened to Leora, Eva, and even Christina Sandidge (witness) on May 2, 2005?
20. Turner, who was supposed to sign and approve your police report?
21. Turner, how many complaints/ investigations have been filed on you through Internal Affairs (I.A.)?
22. T. Robinson (I.A.) what was his rank 5-2-05 and what is his rank now?
23. Vickie Pruitt (L.C.T.S.) Does the A.A.D..D. know what happened to two of your disabled shoppers (Leora and Christina Sandidge) or care giver Eva Sandidge (no disabilities before 5-2-05)?
24. Did the Sandidge’s make it clear to check and keep surveillance from 5-2-05 on 5-3-05 & 6-14-05?
25. How many judges has Turner trained to shoot and assigned guns to? Was Morris E Braswell one of them?
26. Turner, do you feel that crime does not happen to people with disabilities?
27. Who can the Sandidge’s call if someone does something illegal to them, including law enforcement like yourself (Jeff Turner)?
28. Why did Turner not put down Leora’s physical disabilities, like asthma (after he saw Leora go in to one), arthritis, sickle, neurological problems, diabetes and just put mental problems like bipolar , autistic, and high blood pressure as if she had done something wrong?
29. Why did not one person apologize to any Sandidge member that went through what they did to us?
30. Who promotes or can help promote people in Internal Affairs?
31. Do either party think we the Sandidges feel safe in Georgia after 5-2-05.
32. Does Last Chance Thrift Store and / or Turner care at all about their disabled shoppers?
33. Why was Turner allowed to falsify a legal document (Police Report) and nothing to be said to him by Last Chance Thrift Store.
34.Last Chance Thrift Store does A.A.D.D. know you are being sued on the actions of your employees?
35. Why ask who has what evidence and where they live and where the evidence is located, if you want us (the Sandidges) to feel safe?
36. How can Internal Affairs end an investigation on Jeff Turner when not one person in I.A. met with any Sandidge who put in complaints?
Please note that we the Sandidges do not feel safe with Clayton County Police do to 5-02-05. 37. What is the case numbers on the complaints to Internal Affairs put in by three Sandidges on Jeff Turner?
38. Please write the curse words that you claimed I, Leora or Eva Sandidge said and what time it was.
39. Please send true copy of all witness statements day of 5-02-05.
40. Please send true copy of store incident report for 5-2-05 to Vickie Pruitt from day shift manager about what happened that night .
41. Vickie Pruitt, have you asked Turner why he did not come to court on 10-18-05 ?
42. Please give Full names, addresses, phone numbers, and social security numbers of all witnesses on you all behalf including Turner.
43. Why where there no witnesses listed on police report?
This is what we wanted all parties to have but will he (our attorney) give them these items?

How does a officer rise so fast after committing several crimes civil and criminal?
1st: He approached us without probable cause
O.C.G.A. § 51-7-40. Right of action for malicious prosecution A criminal prosecution which is carried on maliciously and without any probable cause and which causes damage to the person prosecuted shall give him a cause of action
2nd: Falsifying police report,
O.C.G.A. § 16-10-26. False report of a crime A person who willfully and knowingly gives or causes a false report of a crime to be given to any law enforcement officer or agency of this state is guilty of a misdemeanor.
O.C.G.A. § 51-5-3. What constitutes publication of libel A libel is published as soon as it is communicated to any person other than the party libeled.
3rd: Jeffrey E .Turner falsely arrested Eva Sandidge and Leora Sandidge and did not come to court October 18, 2005
Turner grabbed me in store for I could not get my cane and purse
Turner assaulted and handcuffed my daughter Eva Sandidge was found not guilty of a crime
O.C.G.A. § 51-7-20. False imprisonment defined
False imprisonment is the unlawful detention of the person of another, for any length of time, whereby such person is deprived of his personal liberty
4th: Turner harassed my daughter Christina (age 8 artistic and witnessed to everything) at the time telling her he was going to give her to the State.
5th: When I asked him why was he doing this to me? I told him my mom was dying he told me” I should have thought of that before I left the house”
6th: Turner had my four pronged cane and was teasing me with the rocketed back and forth with his foot on my finish of my best cane as I sat on the curve having an asthma attack because I saw him slam my daughter to concrete, flipping her like a rag doll, handcuffing her with his foot in her back just for asking” Is all this necessary?”
7th: If Turner does not get arrested for his actions how can I or my daughters feel safe here in Georgia. We’ve done everything in proper order of complaint and nothing has been done yet to the real criminal Jeffrey E. Turner now Chief of Police, Clayton County to make no mistake who we want arrested for his crimes against we Sandidge female.
8th: Turner put in a sworn oath turned into the state and I, Leora Sandidge had a baseball bat now is changing it to a worker saw a baseball bat thrown. I, Leora never had a bat on me
A person who signs a document he knows is false in any material respect with intent that the document be delivered to the Secretary of State for filing shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine not to exceed $500.00.
9th: § 45-11-3. Assault under color of office Any officer of this state who shall assault or beat any individual under color of his office or commission without a lawful justification to do so shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
Clayton County Court has case still as disposed even though it should have appealed on it. That proves Judge and Ex Chief Turner are looking for favors in Georgia top court to cover their illegal actions that can be proven by Sandidges.
Chief Turner almost killed my grandson. My daughter went months fighting to get him here as she bled vaginally, from her urinary track, and sometimes mouth in server pain. My daughter's arm was torn out the socket from being slammed to concrete like a rag doll in her early first trimester.
My grandson fight to enter this world was caused by Jeffrey Turner yet no one will do there jobs and arrest Turner for his illegal acts against the Sandidges. My grandson was born by C-Section and many trips to hospital to stop his early dissent to this world was killing me to see the pain my daughter was and still in. My daughter is still hurt to this date but no more money for tests needed and not one person care and has offered us any help from this ordeal.On May 2, 2005, Last Chance Thrift Store was open for the sale of items to the public. It was half price Monday, Captain Jeff Turner (at time) was employed by Last Chance Thrift Store as security on the premises
At approximately 8:00 pm on that date, we were lawfully in Last Chance Thrift Store in line waiting to pay the cashier who asked us to get in his line and tell everyone he was closed after us. After 20 minutes in line and manager looking at me (Leora) before she went to back office around 8:00 pm, Eva was directed by the store manager to move to a longer line at 8:20pm. When I, Leora said to oldest daughter "Damn, I was calling corporate office" Captain Turner ordered me to leave the store and kept yelling at me, grabbing me as I sought to retrieve my purse and four prong cane from the shopping cart full of Computer parts, Monitor, keyboard,and many other items. While grabbing my wrist and pushing hard on them he yelled at me "When I say leave you leave everything, leave, leave , leave, !!! Then he said I was under arrest. I was only trying to get my purse and cane.
We the Sandidges asked for help from a list of top office people everyone passing the buck or covering his actions.We went to Clayton County Internal Affairs (part of that buddy system)Governor Sonny Purdue (cared but passed the buck)Called Channel 5 no one cared because they constantly interview him P.O.S.T. (part of that buddy system)Attorney General (part of that buddy system) Was told to call G.B.I. and F.B.I.Called G.B.I, (did not care)Called F.B.I. (did not care)Clayton County Commissioners Chairman Eldrin Bell, did not respond Clayton County Board of Commissioners and more I, Leora is and was the last living of family of five and could not be with dying mom or at her funeral do to the illegal actions of now Chief of Police Jeff Turner and his false police report made up to cover his own tail.
What's illegal about saying to daughter "Damn I'm calling corporate office" after a 20 minute wait in a line that cashier asked you and your family to get in and manager waited 20 minutes knowing we were in line because she looked at me, Leora (before she went to back office) to tell your daughter and pointing at her to move to end of next line with over ten to fifteen people in it.
Paper trail of evidence that Turner did not want the Sandidges to tell and that he was out of line not wanting me to tell upper management of our mistreatment by night manger Lizzie Coleman of Last Chance Thrift Store in Morrow Georgia.I Leora Sandidge want Jeffrey Turner arrested for his over use of force used on my daughter, I want him arrest for filling a false police report , harassment of my family and myself.Example: my baby girl saw it all and he leaned down to Christina (8 years old and autistic then) and told her he was going to give her to State.He had took my cane and was rocking it back and forth grinning at me teasing me.I asked him why was he doing me like this? I told him my mom is dying and I did nothing wrong. Turner replied " I should have thought of that before I left the house"When my daughter asked why he did her the way he did and said to him that she does not even have a record ? Turner replied "you will when I get though with you".After having an asthma attack from seeing Turner slamming my daughter like a rag doll to concrete and his face looking like he was enjoy putting Eva through so much pain and cuffing her. In his police report he only put down my mental problems (remember every one in my family was dead or dying and I live in 24 hour physical pain) and no mention of my psychical health problems I had all my life.
He cared zero about his actions on that day nor now trying to now place a baseball bat in my hand as if I was going to do something to him. The lies on my family and I are piling up and I can prove I nor Eva did or said the things he put in his police report.
